DeXentra is led by a team of seasoned managers who bring senior leadership, extensive international experience and skills in O\&G, web3 technology, compliance, marketing, and scaling global businesses.

*Dave Rademacher*

is the Co-Founder of OilXCoin, where he leads the company's strategic vision, growth initiatives, and marketing efforts. With an extensive background in managing global organizations and steering large-scale budgets, Dave is pushing to evolve the crypto investment landscape via real-world assets backed by natural gas and oil.

With roles as Global Vice President and regional leader across EMEA and APAC at the BMW Group, Dave’s extensive experience in scaling businesses - both in corporate environments and startups - across four continents strengthens his ability to navigate and leverage diverse markets and cultures. His academic credentials in business, IT and environmental studies from North America and Europe equips him to effectively navigate the complexities of this space.

*Glenn McColpin*

is the Head of Oil & Gas at OilXCoin, where he also leads the company’s exploration and production efforts in the sector. He is responsible for expanding the oil and gas lease portfolio.

With over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, Glenn drives operational optimization, spearheading the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and leading transformative management initiatives. In addition to his leadership roles, Glenn acquired and operated a US-based oil and gas company with 400 wells, which were used both for production and for testing various enhancement processes. With a degree in petroleum engineering, Glenn is a recognized authority in developing innovative, environmentally sustainable, and cost-effective enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques.

*Sean Noonan*

is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in high-profile international CFO and IT management roles. Having worked with two of the Big Four firms across auditing, compliance, and consulting, he brings deep expertise in structuring and scaling operations. As Head of Finance, Sean provides both high-level strategic direction and hands-on operational support. His role spans structuring and scaling DeXentra’s U.S. operations through to leading finances for the Group, ensuring efficiency and long-term growth. With a career spanning three continents, he plays a pivotal role in bridging traditional finance with emerging digital asset markets.
